It's been a busy week - helped prepare a four course funeral luncheon on Monday, lots of prep work for our upcoming church bazaar Tuesday and Wednesday, baby sitting Thursday and Friday with the 3 year old staying over night so not much sewing done but I did manage to get the "H" blocks made.
Coral reds, orange reds, blue reds - a little bit of everything.
And here are all the blocks to date playing together.
Not too bad! Can't wait for the rest of the colours to see how it all works out. I'll be hopping over to soscrappy later this evening to see all the work the scrap happy quilters have completed this past week.

Sounds like you had QUITE the week!! SEW glad that you were able to make time for your H blocks in RED!
So sorry about the shingles, hope the meds kick it quick, it sounds miserable. Glad you were able to find some sewing time between taking care of everyone else.
Shingles are awful so I wish your sister a speedy recovery. You RSC blocks look marvellous.
I'm so sorry your sister is dealing with shingles, Nell! Hopefully it won't take too long for her to feel better. Your H blocks look like fun! It's nice to have something quick and easy to sew on when life is busy.
Great seeing all the "H" blocks together - they're going to make a Handsome quilt! Hope your sister doesn't have a long bout with the shingles - who knew chickenpox could come back and kick one in the behind?!
Yikes! Working with red and your sister having shingles is not a good combination. Hope your sister gets better soon. And your blocks look great all together.
I really like your blocks! I hope your life calms down a little and you can find more time for stitching. My hubby suffers from shingles, and he says the pain is pretty bad.
Hope you sister is feeling much better. Shingles is such a nasty thing to get. Love your red H blocks, they look great with all your other blocks.
Nice collection!
Oooo - shingles is nasty. I do hope she recovers quickly. Quite the busy week - your H blocks are great and look lovely all together. xx
Your poor sister - that sounds awful! Like your blocks!
